Phil started his career as an Electrical Field Officer performing disconnect/reconnect metering for both residential and commercial properties.
Starting in residential/commercial construction with BNC Electrical Communications, Phil installed C-bus systems & Smart Home technologies.
After working through his apprenticeship, Phil became fully licenced electrician. During his apprenticeship he acquired experience working with big commericial constructions like Woolworths, Dan Murphy's and Big W.
Phil became responsible for the management and supervision of a team of electricians and apprentices. His main responsibilities included mentoring, teaching best trade practices, quoting, and ordering.
After leaving his job at Prophase Electrical Solutions, Phil decides to start to planning his business!
